Lettuce with Pepper

Wash the lettuce and tear it into small pieces. I am accustomed to soaking leafy vegetables in clean water for a while to reduce pesticide residues.

Cut the green onion and ginger for later use, dried pepper, and lettuce.

Heat the pan with oil, stir fry with green onion, ginger, pepper and chili, then add lettuce and stir-fry, drizzle the steamed fish soy sauce with a little water, and finally add salt and stir-fry evenly.

The crispy and peppery western lettuce is ready and served on a plate.
Tips:
1. Since western lettuce loves water, it is necessary to add salt before serving, and stir-fry until it is out of the pan immediately;
