Lettuce with Sesame Sauce

Yunnan fine lettuce tips, after washing, soak them in salt and ice water for about 10 minutes;

Drain the water and cut into sections.

Put a little seasoning salt in the tahini, and mix thoroughly with olive oil.

Tips:
The sesame sauce has a salty taste, so you can reduce or leave out the seasoning salt
