When the water becomes very white, filter the water into a larger container, then add water and then wash the white and filter out

Tips:
1. When washing the dough, the dough will disperse, just knead it together and then wash it;
2. Don't pour too much flour when steaming, the steaming time is not easy to be too long, otherwise the finished product will be thick and hard;
3. The ingredients for the cold skin can be increased or decreased as you like. You can also add some bean sprouts. If you can't eat spicy food, you can mix it first and then add chili in step 21;
