Light Cream Buns

Add whipped cream and water to the bread bucket, add fine sugar and salt

Add flour

Add yeast at the end

Select the kneading function of the bread machine, kneading the dough for 25 minutes

Turn off the power to the bread maker. The reconciled dough is left in the bucket of the bread machine, covered with a damp cloth.

Start the kneading function again, and kneading the dough for five minutes.

Take out the dough, knead the dough a few times with your hands, knead into long strips, and cut into sections. It can be seen that the cut surface has no pores and is very smooth.

After rounding it, place it on oil paper (or corn pad) and put it in a steamer.

Cover the steamer lid, put some warm water in the pot, and let it stand for 20 minutes.

Tips:
The amount of water depends on the water absorption of the flour. You can reduce the amount of water in the recipe by 10 grams, and then increase or decrease as appropriate depending on the dough condition when making the dough.
