I have tried all the steamed buns made by adding milk, milk powder, soy milk, and condensed milk to the flour. This time I tried adding whipped cream and using a bread machine to knead the noodles. The steamed buns taste like light cream, which is not bad.

Tips:

The amount of water depends on the water absorption of the flour. You can reduce the amount of water in the recipe by 10 grams, and then increase or decrease as appropriate depending on the dough condition when making the dough.
