Light Cream Old-fashioned Bread

Mix the ingredients of the old dough into a dough and put it in the refrigerator for 17 hours for later use.

Mix all the ingredients of the old noodles and the main dough into a dough, then knead out the hand mask.

Put it in a warm place and ferment to twice its size. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and fire up and down at 180 degrees. Bake the middle layer for about 30 minutes.

The toasted bread is brushed with a layer of olive oil while it is hot. It looks very attractive. The skin is a bit hard when it is cooked, and it is super soft and silky after being left for a night...without adding a drop of water...the milk flavor is rich.
