Light Egg Drop Soup
1.
egg. This is an egg laid by a domestic chicken. It is absolutely no medicine or feed, but it is raised in captivity. Her eggs are not as yellow or red as the food market claims.
2.
Whisk and beat the eggs.
3.
Add clean water directly to the pot, bring to the boil on high heat, put the egg liquid in the boiling water, and while pouring it in the boiling water, use chopsticks to break up, or use a spoon to push the egg liquid. Put the cucumber. Turn off the fire. Put some sesame oil. Chicken essence. Coriander. Salt.
Tips:
1. Put as many eggs as you like, my suggestion is one for each person. Like to eat small eggs, use chopsticks to break the eggs after they are in the pot, and like to push them with a spoon. The movements are better.
2. Cucumbers can be replaced with your favorite dishes such as tomatoes, zucchini, cabbage and so on. If the dishes are difficult to cook, put the vegetables after the water has boiled, and then put the eggs after boiling.
3. The final chicken essence, coriander, and salt are added or not at will. I usually don't put salt.
