Dandelion has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. Medicine tonic is not as good as food tonic. Eating more fresh dandelion in this season is of great benefit to the body.

Scrambled Eggs with Dandelion

1. Dandelion dug by myself

2. Wash and cut into sections

3. Beaten eggs
