Lily Barley Soup

The old leaves and roots on the outside of the lily are removed, then plucked piece by piece, and washed with water.

Wash the barley and soak it in clean water. I soak it for 6 hours, then let it boil under cold water and turn to medium heat.

Cook until the barley is ready.

Pour in the lily and cover with high heat for 6 minutes. Add honey. If you want to add rock sugar and white sugar, put it in the pot with Lily. I like the taste of honey, so I add it before starting the pot.

In a bowl, sprinkle a little wolfberry.
