Lily Egg Yolk Porridge

Prepare rice, eggs, medlar and lilies.

Lily wash and foam hair.
3.
Boil the eggs, peel off the yolks, mash them with a small spoon and set aside.

Pour the rice into a casserole, add an appropriate amount of water; bring to a boil on high heat and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
5.
Pour in the lily and simmer for 10 minutes.
6.
Pour in boiled egg yolks and stir.
7.
Pour the wolfberry and rock sugar.
8.
Put the cooked porridge in a bowl and serve warm.
Tips:
1. Eggs should not be eaten with soft-shelled turtle meat, rabbit meat, carp, and glutinous rice.
2. It is best not to eat egg yolk for people with abnormal blood lipids or liver disease.
