Lily Green Bean Glutinous Rice Porridge

Wash the mung beans and glutinous rice thoroughly, soak them in clean water for 1 hour, and then rinse the lily.

Put water in a pot and bring to a boil on high heat. Add the soaked mung beans and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

Add glutinous rice and cook on low heat until mung beans and glutinous rice bloom. Add lily and cook.

Add rock sugar and cook until the rock sugar melts.
Tips:
1 Water consumption for porridge can be more or less, more water will make the porridge thinner, and less water will make it thicker.
2 The amount of sugar can be more or less, or not.
3 This porridge can be eaten hot or refrigerated.
