Lily Papaya Sweet Soup

Cut the white fungus foam and set aside. Wash the lily and peel it into slices. Peel the papaya, cut and remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.

Add appropriate amount of water to the water-proof stewing pot, add white fungus and lily in turn, simmer for 20 minutes.

Finally add papaya, rock sugar and a small amount of wolfberry, continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
