Lily Sydney White Fungus Soup

Prepare white fungus, Sydney, lily, and wolfberry.

Soak the white fungus for hair, wash and set aside.

Lily soaks her hair in advance the night before, wash and set aside.

Peel and pit the Sydney pear, and cut the orange petals for later use.

Tips:
1. Rock sugar Tremella has high sugar content, so it should not be eaten before going to bed to avoid the increase of blood viscosity.
2. Tremella can clear the lung heat, so people who feel cold from the outside should not use it.
3. Deteriorated Tremella is not edible, it will cause poisoning reaction, and severe cases will be life-threatening.
