Time flies quickly. In a flash, 2017 has passed, and 2018 has passed almost a month. Another glimmer of the annual Lunar New Year 2018 is approaching. The children are already on holiday. The adults are busy preparing various new year goods, some fried, steamed, and all kinds of delicious food. And the weather is so cold and dry, the children are prone to catch colds, coughs, and oils. If you eat too much deep-fried or snacks, you will get angry more easily. At this time, a bowl of warm lily snow pear wolfberry tea can effectively relieve throat discomfort, dry cough, and angry symptoms. Drink it regularly to prevent it effectively. It's the Spring Festival, so you can have a happy holiday smoothly!

Lily Sydney Wolfberry Tea

1. Two Sydney pears, peeled and cored and cut into pieces

2. Prepare the right amount of water in the health pot and heat it

3. Add Sydney cubes

4. Add rock sugar

5. Add dried lily

6. Cook for about 5 minutes

7. Sprinkle with goji berries at the end.

8. Just serve it out.

Tips:

1. Sydney pears are easy to change color after being cut, so you can soak them in clean water in advance. Or you can boil cold water directly into the health pot.
2. The lily is a dry product. I soaked it in advance. If it is too dry, cook it longer. Put the wolfberry at the end and don’t need to cook for long.
3. The amount of rock sugar is free, increase or decrease according to personal preference.
