Lily Sydney Wolfberry Tea

Two Sydney pears, peeled and cored and cut into pieces

Prepare the right amount of water in the health pot and heat it
3.
Add Sydney cubes
4.
Add rock sugar
5.
Add dried lily
6.
Cook for about 5 minutes
7.
Sprinkle with goji berries at the end.

Just serve it out.
Tips:
1. Sydney pears are easy to change color after being cut, so you can soak them in clean water in advance. Or you can boil cold water directly into the health pot.
2. The lily is a dry product. I soaked it in advance. If it is too dry, cook it longer. Put the wolfberry at the end and don’t need to cook for long.
3. The amount of rock sugar is free, increase or decrease according to personal preference.
