Lily Tremella and Lotus Seed Soup

Prepare all ingredients.

Remove the roots and break the lily into pieces, wash and set aside. (If you use dried lily, soak in warm water)

Soak the lotus seeds in warm water to soften.

Soak the white fungus in warm water, remove the pedicles and tear off small pieces.

Wash the wolfberry with cold water and set aside.

Add white fungus and lotus seeds to a suitable amount of cold water, boil on high heat to low heat for about 30 minutes.

Add the lily and cook for 8 minutes.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and wolfberry and cook for a while.
Tips:
It is best to use a porcelain pot or casserole to stew this soup. If not, you can use a stainless steel pot or a non-toxic aluminum pot. Try not to use an iron pan, so as to prevent the chemical reaction between iron ions and its components, which may affect the curative effect, and sometimes it may turn black.
