Lime Apple Pie

Wash and dice the apples, and put them in a large clean bowl;

Peel the lemon zest into lemon shavings and add it to the bowl;

Add granulated sugar, cover with plastic wrap for microwave, leave a small mouth, and heat for about 2 minutes;

Heat until the apples are soft and ripe, stir evenly with a spoon, and set aside as a filling;

Take out the flying cakes from the green onion refrigerator and roll them out into rectangular slices;

Cut the slices into 10com×5cm long squares;

Use a fork to pierce small holes on the surface to prevent the crust from bulging during heating, and reserve a 1cm wide edge around;

Brush a layer of egg liquid on the left side;

Cut the remaining leftovers into 1cm wide strips and stick them on the left side;

After the apple filling has cooled down, scoop it into the rectangular crust, and brush a layer of egg liquid around the crust;

Cut the remaining pie crust into strips and cover them across the apple filling;
12.
Brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface, heat in a microwave for 2 minutes on high heat, and then on medium heat for 3 minutes.
