Lime is Not Sweet and Has Honey to Accompany
1.
Preparation materials: 1 empty bottle (suggested to use better sealing performance), a few limes
2.
Preparation materials: a bottle of honey (I used 618g of garden honey waiting for bees to come). In addition, you need 1 knife, 1 spoon, and some salt
3.
Step 1: After washing the lime with clean water, put a pinch of salt on the lime and rub it back and forth. This will clean the dirt on the lemon skin and remove the astringent taste of the lime. Then use kitchen paper to dry the water on the lemon skin.
4.
Step 2: Use a knife to cut the washed lime into thin slices. It is recommended that the thinner the better. If the knife is not good enough, it will be fine.
5.
Step 3: Wipe off the water in the empty bottle to keep it dry. I use an empty honeypot waiting for the bee to arrive, which has been dried beforehand.
6.
Put a layer of lime slices on the bottom of the bottle
7.
Sprinkle a layer of honey evenly with a spoon
8.
Spread another layer of lemon slices
9.
Pour honey again and repeat until the bottle is full. (Ensure that the honey will drown the lime)
10.
Step 4: Seal the bottle and put it in the refrigerator
11.
Use warm water to make a drink. Take one or two tablets at a time, the most healthy afternoon tea.

Tips:
1. The skin of the lemon should be wiped dry, otherwise it will be easily damaged if it is brought with water;
2. The bottle must be dried or wiped dry before use;
3. It is best to fill the bottle with honey and lemon, and don't leave too much air, otherwise it will cause white spots and deterioration;
4. The best water for making honey is warm water. People with pantothenic acid drink less lemon honey water!
5. The recipe of lime honey: a layer of lemon and a layer of honey, keep in mind that the natural and delicious taste is unmatched!
