My friend gave me a few lemons grown on my balcony, very fresh and full of lemon fragrance! It happened that another friend sent a local chicken, cut out the breasts and thighs, and made shredded chicken. The seasoning is all made of natural ingredients, fresh, sour and spicy, very refreshing. "

Lime Sour and Spicy Chicken Shreds

1. Choose the tender muscles of the native chicken.

2. Add water to a boiling pot and bring to a boil.

3. Add ginger slices.

4. Add the chicken and cook on medium-high heat.

5. Cook until broken.

6. Tear into shredded pork. I tore it thinly, so I can make floss 😄.

7. Wash all kinds of ingredients.

8. Cut the scallops finely.

9. Add a small amount of salt for a while.

10. Cut green and red peppers finely.

11. Cut the lemon to squeeze out the juice.

12. Green and red peppers are put into lemon juice to make hot and sour sauce.

13. Cut the cilantro into the shredded chicken.

14. Grind ginger and garlic into puree.

15. Add cold boiled water to make ginger garlic water for later use.

16. Pour the ginger and garlic water into the shredded chicken and add some salt.

17. Mix well.

18. Squeeze the water from the lotus head (squeeze the water into the chicken shreds), add the chicken shreds, add green and red pepper, sesame oil, and a little sugar, and mix well.

19. Load up!

20. Finished product.

Tips:

1. Use lemon juice instead of vinegar full of lemon fragrance.
2. Don't throw away the water that stains the lotus head, but directly squeeze it into the chicken shreds.
