Lime Sour Spicy Arctic Shrimp

Tips:
1. The ingredients that have been blanched in boiling water must be cooled with ice water and then mixed with Arctic shrimp to taste the best;
2. Don't take too long when the squid must be blanched, or it will get old, about 8-10 seconds.
