Ingredients

Little Abalone with Oyster Sauce

1. Clean the fresh baby abalone.

2. Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, and rinse the pepper.

3. Heat oil in a pot, sauté the scallions, ginger, and chili.

4. Add oyster sauce, add more, about 2 tablespoons, add a little seafood soy sauce, and stir-fry on low heat.

5. Add a small bowl of water.

6. Add some chicken noodles.

7. After the fire is boiled, put the abalone.

8. Simmer on medium heat for three to four minutes.

9. The abalone is served on the plate.

10. Use a little water starch to thicken the remaining soup in the pot.

11. When the soup is thick and bright, pour it on the abalone.

Tips:

I added a lot of oyster sauce and added a little seafood soy sauce. The saltiness is enough. I didn’t add salt.
