Little Goldfish Egg Custard

Beat the eggs into a bowl, use chopsticks to break them up and stir constantly, and beat them as much as possible for a while, so that they can be evenly beaten.

Put warm water in the egg liquid, add a little salt, a little sesame oil, stir evenly with chopsticks, and remove the foam.

Pour the beaten egg liquid into the steaming bowl, because the steaming bowl is shallow, I always use a darker bowl to mix it first, and then pour it into the steaming bowl.

Today, I used egg custard made with egg steamer, close the lid and start the button. If you use a steamer, steam slowly over a low heat. The amount of two eggs is about five or six minutes.
