This recipe comes from ryrxl and won the first place in the baking contest with "Halloween Jigsaw Cookies" last year! One day, I was so cute when I saw this look. The warm sunshine, the lazy cat, casually lying on his stomach in the winter afternoon, everything is so comfortable and unrestrained. . . .

Little Lazy Cat Minced Meat Bread

1. Prepare all materials

2. Add yeast powder to water and let stand for 5 minutes

3. Add salt and sugar to the flour

4. Add yeast water

5. Add half an egg liquid

6. Add milk

7. Stir with chopsticks until there is no dry powder

8. Knead the dough by hand until the film is pulled out, it will be sticky at first, be patient

9. Add butter

10. Knead to the expansion stage

11. The spheronization cover is fermented with plastic wrap to 2.5 times the size, no collapse or retraction when pressed by fingers

12. The fermented dough is taken out and vented, and divided into about 58 g/piece

13. Then divide the small dough into two parts, the small part of the head, about 18 grams / piece, the rest is made into the body, respectively, round and relax for 10 minutes

14. Add pork floss to salad dressing and mix well

15. Roll out the dough for the body into a rectangle, about 15cm in length, cut one side as a tail, and put in the floss

16. Roll up, pinch tightly at the seal, and knead into even strips

17. Wrap it up and become the cat's body

18. Put the tail in a suitable position, you can apply a little water to stick it

19. Round the small dough for the head, wipe it with a little water, and place it on the body

20. Put it in a baking tray and ferment twice as large

21. After the fermentation is complete, cut twice on the head with scissors to become the cat’s ears

22. The coffee powder is made into a paste with a few drops of water

23. Dip a bamboo stick in the coffee paste, draw the eyes, mouth, and beard, put it in the preheated oven, and bake for about 15 minutes at 160 degrees.

24. Cute little lazy cat, do you like it?

Tips:

You can make ten main ingredients, but I only made four.
Because the dough is soft, it is not easy to make too much at a time to avoid deformation.
The oven temperature is for reference only.
