Little Pig Purple Sweet Potato Bun

Prepare ingredients: purple sweet potato, all-purpose flour, white sugar and other ingredients;

The purple potato is steamed and peeled, crushed by a cooking machine, added with white sugar and corn oil and fried into purple potato filling; 20 grams of purple potato mash is left for the mouth and ears of the piglet.

Add yeast and white sugar to the flour to knead a smooth white dough. Among them, 30 grams of flour and purple potato mash are kneaded to form a purple potato dough, and let it ferment to double its size.

Knead the fermented dough again to exhaust;

Divide into small dough pieces of equal size;

Use a rolling pin to roll into buns;

Put the fried purple sweet potato filling and wrap it into buns;

Purple potato dough, roll it into dough with a rolling pin;

Use molds or scissors to shape the mouth and ears;

Stick the shape of the mouth and ears on the finished buns, and then use black sesame seeds as eyes to stick them;

Put the wrapped buns in a steamer and let them sit for 10 minutes. After the water is boiled, put them in, steam for about 15 minutes and turn off the heat for 3 minutes.

2. Using purple sweet potato is healthier than coloring material;
3. The ratio of yeast to flour depends on the types of yeast and flour, and the ratio is slightly different;
4. The fermentation time is different when the temperature is different.
