Little Train Fat Cake
1.
Melt the dry yeast with a portion of warm milk. The other part is melted by adding granulated sugar.
2.
Pour both parts into the flour with green tea powder and baking powder. If the water is not enough, add some warm water to make the noodles.
3.
Harmonize into a smooth dough and ferment. You can "wake up" for a while at the beginning and afterwards. Then each is smooth.
4.
After one to two hours of fermentation, it will be more than twice as big. Steamed in a steamer for more than 20 minutes, I put some black dates on it.
5.
Put it out of the pot and let it cool, slice it, put it on a plate as the train body, put fruits and vegetables as wheels and goods, and salad as smoke.
