1. Rinse the fresh liver with water several times, then pour a tablespoon of vinegar in a container and soak for more than half an hour. This is to get rid of the bacteria in the liver and increase the taste when frying.

2. Rinse the soaked pork liver with water and cut into thin slices

3. Add a tablespoon of light soy sauce cooking wine with starch five-spice powder and mix well.

4. Cut carrots, green peppers, garlic, ginger, and onions.

5. Finely chop starchy garlic, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and vinegar to make the sauce.

6. Pour oil in the pot, and quickly stir-fry the marinated pork liver until it turns white.

7. 8 or 9 minutes are good

8. In another pot, sauté the onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.

9. Stir-fry softly with carrot and pepper

10. Add pork liver

11. Pour the sauce.

12. Stir fry a few times and get out of the pot.

Tips:

When frying quickly, the liver is easy to get old, which will affect the taste.
