Lixia Paste

Prepare ingredients. Soak the dried food in advance, dice all the ingredients, and cut them as small as possible, and the taste will be better. Raise the pot and heat the oil, add the green onions and sauté until fragrant, add the diced pork, squid and other ingredients and fry until fragrant. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, add salt and chicken essence to taste, stir-fry and serve. The materials of Lixia Paste are not limited to those that I use, it can be based on personal preference. You can also add peas, dried mussels, fungus, daylily, bracken, soybeans, carrots, etc.

Peanuts are fried and the skin is removed. It's a bit burnt, but it's more fragrant.

Stir the rice noodles with water evenly. The authentic method is to grind rice into rice milk. There is basically no place to grind rice milk, so rice noodles are used.

Add water in portions and stir to form a rice slurry.

Pour the rice syrup into a large pot, heat it on high heat, and cook it on a slow fire until it becomes a paste. During the period, pay attention to the heat and keep stirring with a spatula. Do not burn it, which will affect the taste.

Add boiled water once in the middle, and keep stirring again.

Pour in the fried vegetables and peanuts and stir well.
