Lo Mein in Tomato Sauce

1. Wash the dishes and prepare the dishes, two eggs for spare

2. Cut the vegetables aside according to usual habits and preferences, I habitually cut the eggplant into small pieces

3. Some green onion, ginger and garlic, half onion

4. Hot pot with pepper and star anise under cold oil

5. Smell the scent of pepper, stir fry with onion, ginger, garlic and onion

6. Add the eggplant and stir-fry. The eggplant is more absorbent. You can add appropriate amount of water, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, chicken essence, thirteen spices, white sugar, and stir-fry for 3 minutes

7. Add tomatoes and stir fry for about a minute

8. Add cabbage and stir fry for 2~3 minutes, during which time you can add some water

9. Finally, add green peppers and stir-fry for about a minute. My family doesn’t like over-ripe green peppers. They are added last every time, and then add water to the vegetables and cook them over high heat.

10. Bring to a boil and add eggs, the soup is almost harvested, just add some salt.

11. According to the daily food intake of the family, I cook noodles. I buy dried noodles.

12. It’s done, it’s more sensible to eat with garlic
