Local Crispy Duck Legs

Wash duck legs and drain water

Prepare ginger slices

Add oyster sauce, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, ginger slices, white sugar, drop an appropriate amount of high white wine, mix well and marinate for more than 12 hours

Then put the sauce together in a special microwave oven

Cover for 2 minutes and 3 times for 2 minutes after 7 minutes

Tips:
1. By doing this, I saved a lot of time, and pour the sauce into the microwave to avoid moisture loss of the duck meat, and the taste is more tender and delicious;
2. Be patient during the frying process. Use medium and low heat to slowly fry crispy.
