Lollipop Cake
1.
Add salt and sugar to the eggs and beat them evenly.
2.
Add baking powder to the low-gluten flour and mix into the egg mixture to form a uniform cake batter. Finally add the melted butter and mix well.
3.
Pour the batter into the lollipop mold, shake to remove the bubbles and set aside.
4.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, put it in the oven, and let it out in 12 minutes.
5.
Open the lid, turn it over, and let cool.
6.
Put the chocolate bricks in the microwave to melt, and dip one end of the candy bar with chocolate. While it's not dry, immediately insert the cake ball, about two-thirds of it.
7.
Dip the inserted cake in the chocolate, and use a spoon to drizzle the unstained area.
8.
Take out the prepared decorating sugar and put it on a plate for later use.
9.
Decorate the sugar pellets and place them on the mold to dry, and then you can enjoy them. Wrapping paper is more beautiful.
10.
The effect picture inserted into the paper cup after packaging is very beautiful!
Tips:
If you want a better taste, you can skip the step of decorating sugar and eat it directly after dipping in the chocolate, which will have a better taste.
