Long Li Fish Fillet in Tomato Sauce

Long Liyu sliced with cooking wine, pepper and marinate for 15 minutes

Peel the tomatoes with a cross knife and scald them with boiling water

Cut into small pieces for later use

Heat oil in the pot

Put tomatoes on low heat and stir fry

Stir-fry the soup

Add Long Li fish fillet (marinated long Li fish fillet blanched in water)

Stir-fry well, add salt, pepper, sugar and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
Long Liyu should not be cooked for more than a minute or it will become old
