Longan and Red Date Milk Drink

The dried longan meat is washed to remove the dust on the surface and soaked overnight with dried red dates.

Put the soaked longan meat and red date slices into the soymilk machine together with the water for soaking the red dates, and then add water to the highest water level of 1300ML.

Choose red jujube pulp.

When the time is up, first pour out an appropriate amount of red date paste, and when it is not hot, add 100 grams of milk powder and stir evenly.

Pour the remaining red jujube pulp into the adjusted milk drink and stir evenly.
Tips:
The sweetness of red dates and longan meat is enough, no need to add sugar.
Although there is dregs in the prepared red jujube pulp, it will not spit your throat. If you mind, you can filter it first and then make the milk powder.
Because my milk powder is relatively sufficient, if there is no milk powder, use milk to soak red dates and then add milk to beat.
