Longan and Rock Sugar Stewed Pear

Ingredients: 40 grams of longan meat, 1 pear, 15 grams of rock sugar

Peel the pears and cut them into small pieces, and put them into the stew pot together with the longan meat and rock sugar. Add appropriate amount of water to the electric stew pot,

Put it into the stewing pot, cover it, and simmer in water for about 3-4 hours. The pears are soft and cooked. Take it out of the pot and serve.
Tips:
It can be steamed in a steamer without using an electric cooker.
There is no need to add water to stewed pears, as the pears will naturally seep out.
The amount of rock sugar can be increased or decreased according to your own taste.
