Qingbuliang Raw Fish Soup

Wash the ingredients and soak for 10 minutes

Remove the scales and entrails of the raw fish, remove the shell and core of the fresh longan

Red dates are pitted and put into the soup pot with other ingredients

Put the raw fish and ginger slices in the lid and bring to a boil. Turn to medium and low heat and boil for about 1 hour

Tips:
Raw fish does not need to remove the internal organs, but the premise is to keep them in clean water for more than 2 days and allow them to clear the internal organs. The longan meat in the recipe originally used raw meat, but the raw meat at home just used up, so I used fresh longan meat.
