Longan, Barley and Peanut Soup

The peanuts are soaked for more than 2 hours in advance. The soaked peanuts add appropriate amount of water, and I cook them in the pressure cooker for 25 minutes

Pour the pressed peanuts and water into another pot, put the barley on the gas stove and rinse with water

Add the barley and cook together with the right amount of rock sugar

Add a tablespoon of peanut powder and boil together, cook until the barley is soft, I cooked it for about 30 minutes

Finally, add some longan meat and cook for a while.
Tips:
Since longan meat is very sweet, you can add less rock sugar!
Peanuts are really hard to cook, I use a pressure cooker!
