Longan Glutinous Rice Cake

Prepare the ingredients, wash the glutinous rice and soak for a while, wash and chop the dried longan meat, add 100g of sweet wine stuffed with appropriate amount of water and mix thoroughly (or use rice wine directly)

Drain the glutinous rice and put it in a rice cooker. Add the brewed rice wine and rice wine. The water used to cook the rice is almost or slightly less. Press the switch

After the rice cooker trips, continue to simmer for 2 minutes and then turn it on. Stir in the salad oil, longan meat and brown sugar, mix well, close the lid and press the switch again

After tripping again, prepare a container, brush the inner wall of the container with a layer of oil or spread a layer of plastic wrap, put the glutinous rice into the container, press it into a shape, buckle out, and cut into small pieces for consumption.
Tips:
If you find it bothersome, you can use a spoon to eat directly. If you don't like too sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar.
