Baked Rice with Cheese and Pepper

Prepare the ingredients. Put the glutinous rice into the rice cooker and cook; wash the colored peppers, take half, and remove the fascia;

Dice chicken breast, onion, and shiitake mushrooms, slice garlic, and chop chives; cut red pepper into small pieces, cut into small pieces, and mix with corn green beans; mix well with diced chicken with cornstarch and a little white wine;

You can choose any type of cheese according to your personal preference; chicken can also be replaced with pork or meat products such as sausage or bacon.
