Glutinous Rice Shaomai

1. Wash the round glutinous rice and add water to soak for more than 4 hours.

20. Prepare a dumpling wrapper and roll it into pleated lace.

21. Add glutinous rice.

24. Spray a layer of water on the surface and cook for 5 minutes on high heat.

Tips:

Mirin can be replaced with cooking wine.
