Longjing Shrimp

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Shrimp is transferred into Shao wine or cooking wine.

3. Mix in ginger powder, salt, and beat in an egg white.

4. Stir in cornstarch and marinate.

5. Longjing tea is brewed with hot water (not suitable for long brewing).

6. Heat the pan with cold oil and add the shrimps.

7. The shrimps are quickly fried and the color changes and they come out of the pan.

8. Longjing tea strains part of the tea leaves, save a little and pour it into the pot together with the tea juice, and boil.

9. Pour the shrimp into the tea soup (add salt according to taste).

10. Just thicken.
