Loofah and Clam Soup

Ingredients: loofah, round clams (washed after spitting out the sand)

Peel the loofah and wash it
3.
Cut it on the chopping board, set aside
4.
Put the round clams in a pot of clear water, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine
5.
Bring to a boil, cook until the clams are a little open
6.
Then, put in the cut loofah and turn it to a boil
7.
Then, add 0.5 tablespoon of salt
8.
Seasoning, stir well, serve
