Loofah and Clam Soup

Ingredients: loofah, round clams (washed after spitting out the sand)

Peel the loofah and wash it.
3.
Cut on the chopping board and set aside.
4.
Put the round clams in a pot of clear water, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.
5.
Bring to a boil and cook until the clams are a little open.
6.
Then, put in the cut loofah and turn it to a boil.
7.
Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
8.
Stir the seasoning well and serve.
