A simple quick soup, I'm satisfied when I come back from get off work to cook a bowl and drink.

Loofah and Egg Meatball Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Cut loofah into pieces with a hob.

3. Boil water in the pot.

4. Put in the loofah.

5. Add the balls and cook for a while.

6. Pour in the egg liquid.

7. Add oil and salt after the eggs are formed.

8. Just sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.

Tips:

1. Don't eat loofah if it is bitter.
2. Don't stir immediately after breaking in the eggs, it is easy to form.
