Loofah and Lean Pork Soup

Lean meat, minced meat, add sweet potato powder, salt, chicken essence and mix well

Cut loofah, garlic and rice

Pour oil in a hot pan, add garlic and stir fry

Add loofah and stir fry evenly

Add water to a boil over high heat

You can cover it and cook for a while

Add the minced meat to the soup and roll

Continue to roll until the meat is cooked, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for a while, the loofah will be naturally soft and ready to drink.
Tips:
I put all the salt in the meat. There is no other seasoning, so I can make sure that it is salty or not salty enough, and I will add a little adjustment before we start the pot.
