The loofah egg soup is simple, convenient, nutritious and healthy. Try it if you like it!

Loofah Egg Soup

1. Loofah cut into pieces

2. Beaten eggs

3. Add green onions and stir fragrant, then add loofah and stir fry

4. Bring the water to a boil, add salt and monosodium glutamate to a low heat and cook for 1 minute, turn off the heat, add the egg mixture, stir it with chopsticks, and eat it!
