Loofah Fried Earth

Tuyou is soaked in clean water first. (Soak to soft)

After soaking, cut the knife flowers, then add appropriate amount of ginger, cooking wine, salt, cornstarch and marinate for a while.

Peel and clean.

Cut the loofah into this.

Cut it up and set aside.

Mince garlic.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat up, add garlic and saute.

Then pour the loofah and onion and stir fry.

Stir-fry as much as possible until cooked, and then shovel it out (too dry, sprinkle in a little water).

Pour the right amount of oil into the pan, and pour the fish into the quick-fry (roll it and it will be cooked).

Pour in the fried melon, add appropriate amount of salt and green onion, and stir-fry evenly.

Finished product. It is fragrant and refreshing.
Tips:
You fish should be fried as quickly as possible, or it won't taste good when it's old.
