Loofah Fried Noodle Fish

Prepare harder noodle fish.

Cut the noodle fish into small cubes, cut the pepper into pieces, slice the garlic, and cut the green onion into sections.

The loofah is peeled and cut into hob pieces and soaked in light salt water.
