My hometown is by the Yalu River. There is a kind of fish in the river. It is white and transparent in color and has no scales and soft body, hence the name noodle fish. The taste is extremely delicious. Today I will introduce you a noodle fish steamed custard.

Noodle Fish Steamed Custard

1. Wash the noodles and fish, pickle with a little salt and pepper and set aside

2. Beat the eggs, add the same amount of water and mix thoroughly

3. The marinated noodle fish is placed in a chrysanthemum shape on a flat plate for later use

4. The beaten egg mixture is steamed in a steamer until 80% cooked (basically solidified)

5. Slide the noodle fish parallel to the surface of the custard and continue to steam until the custard is cooked through

6. Bring out and sprinkle a little chives for garnish

7. You can add your favorite seasonings according to your taste

8. I still like its original flavor!
