Noodle fish is a very economical and affordable seafood. The small fish does not need to be cut to remove the intestines. It can be cleaned and cooked. The general way to eat it is deep-fried or fried.

Pan-fried Noodle Fish

1. Rinse the bought noodle fish and marinate with appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine for about ten minutes;

2. Beat an egg on the plate, put the noodle fish on both sides of the egg liquid;

3. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, put the noodle fish covered with egg mixture, and fry slowly;

4. After frying on one side, turn it over and fry until it turns yellow on both sides; don’t rush to turn it over, turn it over when you see the edge of the fish start to turn yellow;

5. Put it on the plate and serve.

Tips:

The method is very simple, with only one fishbone in the middle.
