Pan-fried Noodle Fish

Rinse the bought noodle fish and marinate with appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine for about ten minutes;

Beat an egg on the plate, put the noodle fish on both sides of the egg liquid;

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, put the noodle fish covered with egg mixture, and fry slowly;
4.
After frying on one side, turn it over and fry until it turns yellow on both sides; don’t rush to turn it over, turn it over when you see the edge of the fish start to turn yellow;
5.
Put it on the plate and serve.
Tips:
The method is very simple, with only one fishbone in the middle.
