Loofah Fried Seafood

Peel the loofah, wash and cut into pieces.

Finely chop green onion and chili.
3.
Prepare the meat of razor clams.
4.
Heat oil in a pot, add green onions and chili and saute until fragrant.
5.
Add the loofah and stir fry a few times.
6.
Add the razor clam meat and stir fry.
7.
Stir fry with very fresh soy sauce.
8.
Finally add salt and mix thoroughly.

Loofah is rich in nutrients and should be eaten and cut to prevent nutrient loss.
