Loofah Fried Shrimp

Peel the loofah and cut into pieces with a hob, shred ginger, and slice garlic.

Decapsulate the shrimp heads, remove the shrimp thread, and wash and control dry water.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the shrimp and half of the ginger shreds when the oil is hot, stir fry, add cooking wine and a little salt, stir fry until the shrimp changes color and serve.

Tips:
1. After washing the shrimp, remove the head and thread to reduce the loss of shrimp meat.
2. When removing the shrimp thread, use a toothpick to count the third and fourth sections from the tail of the shrimp to the head and insert it, slowly lift it up, and the whole shrimp thread will come out.
