Loofah Fried Tofu

Ingredients: tofu, soaked loofah, oil, salt, chicken essence, red pepper flavor grade fresh

Peel the loofah, wash, and cut into hob pieces

Wash red pepper and cut into pieces

After the water in the pot is boiled, add some salt, pour the loofah to blanch the water, the loofah floats up, remove the loofah, drain the water

Heat the oil in the pot and add the chili to sauté

Then pour the tofu bubble

Stir fry with flavor-grade fresh salt for a while.

Add loofah

Stir-fry on high heat for about 2 minutes. Finally add some chicken essence to get out of the pot
Tips:
It’s best not to use iron or stainless steel shovel for frying loofah, as the loofah will easily turn black
Wooden shovel is best
