The weather is getting hotter and hotter, the temperature is higher than the day, even if there is such a shower, the warm temperature will not be washed away, the real summer is coming; but at this time, the children in the family actually developed a high fever. I groaned when I was uncomfortable, and the whole family was tortured along with me. I couldn't eat or sleep well. Hey, I'm really worried. After three days of doing it, it finally came down, and our heart is also down.
When the weather is hot, you should pay more attention to your diet, be less greasy, eat more vegetables, and drink more light soup. Thinking that the child is just getting sick, the whole family has no appetite, so I thought of using loofah to make soup. Speaking of loofah, it is one of the big melons and vegetables from snacks. My hometown is farming materials, and my mother grows loofah, eggplant, beans, peppers and the like in the open space in front of and behind the house. It’s a good summer harvest. , We can’t win at all. Among these dishes, our favorite is loofah. Its sweet taste, whether it is stir-fried or cooked in soup, is very delicious. Whenever we don’t want to eat, our mother will give it to us. Cooking loofah soup as a staple food, a large bowl per person, after a while, the bottom is upside down, this kind of soup, accompanied us through the summer safely.
The nutrition of loofah is very comprehensive. It contains B group to protect the skin from aging, vitamin C and other ingredients to whiten the skin. Applying the juice to the face can eliminate freckles, protect the skin, and make the skin white and tender. It is rare. Loofah juice is known as "beauty water"; its high content of vitamin B is also very beneficial to the brain development of children and the brain health of middle-aged and elderly people; in short, loofah can clear away heat and resolve phlegm, detoxify, and moisturize dryness. , Deworming, anti-virus, anti-allergic and other effects, the general population can safely eat.
My child is also very fond of loofah, so I thought of using loofah to cook soup. He was just right when he was sick and he also needed nutrition. So he chopped some minced meat and kneaded it into meatballs and boiled with the loofah. Nothing. Put a drop of oil, add only salt and a small amount of white pepper to remove the smell, and add a small amount of wolfberry to enhance the color. The small and fresh taste will make people appetite. The fragrance of loofah and the meaty aroma of meatballs. It's really delicious when mixed together.
